Install just hours before your trip
and activate during the flight or when you arrive at your destination.
Select "Install with QR Code"
if you have the code on another device to scan.
Select "Install Manually"
if you are unable to scan the QR code.

Open your email on a different device from the one you will be using for installation and find the email we sent you containing the QR code.
If you have not received your code, please contact us.

Scanning the code will start the installation process. Use our guide below for step-by-step configuration.

After installation, you can activate your eSIM when you arrive at your destination.

01. Install your data plan
The installation process will start automatically when you scan the QR code on your iPhone.
Tap on Continue

02. Mobile configuration completed
Your plan has now been installed.
Tap on Done

03. Label your data plan
Give your new Hisim line a name to identify it. For example: "Hisim Spain".
Tap on Continue

04. Choose your default line
Select the "Primary" option to continue using your number to receive messages and calls.
Tap on Continue

05. iMessage and FaceTime
Select the "Primary" option to continue using your number for iMessage and FaceTime.
Tap on Continue

06. Mobile data
Select the "Secondary" option.
Keep "Allow Mobile Data Switching" turned off to avoid additional roaming charges.
Tap on Continue
Your iPhone may activate the plan immediately. To avoid using data before your trip, turn off roaming on all your mobile data plans and turn it on when you have arrived at your destination.
Open Settings on your iPhone and select Mobile Data

Select the Hisim option in the list

Scroll down until you find Data Roaming and turn it on.
