By using hiSIM services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and AirGSM Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as "hiSIM") and govern your use of our products, services, mobile application, and website.
User Categories:
- End Users: Individuals who use and interact directly with Services via their hiSIM account for personal use.
- Business Users: Entities that use hiSIM services for their business operations.
- End Customers: Individuals who receive services ordered by other hiSIM account owners.
- Job applicants: Individuals who submit job applications to hiSIM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: By clicking "I AGREE", registering for an account, downloading the app, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Services
2.1. Using the Services
hiSIM is a global eSIM store making international connectivity more accessible via eSIM technology. hiSIM offers travelers data, voice, and text packs in many countries, reducing the need for physical SIM cards.
2.2. Registration for Services
Customers must register and create an account to use the services. Required information includes:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Full address
2.3. Device Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of origin.
3. Start, Duration, and Termination of Contract
The service contract between hiSIM and the Customer begins upon completing the order on the hiSIM website, via the hiSIM app, through our APIs, or on the Partner Platform.
End Users
Contract terminates when there's no active data package or eSIM is deleted from device.
Business Users
Termination subject to specific agreement terms or active status on Partner Platform.
4. Charges and Payment
4.1. Payment Conditions
hiSIM offers various payment methods:
4.2. Automatic Renewals for End Users
hiSIM offers automatic renewal services to ensure continuous connectivity.
- Renewal fees charged automatically when data drops below threshold
- Can be cancelled at any time
- Cancellation effective at end of current billing cycle
4.3. Business Invoicing
hiSIM issues detailed invoices to Business Users for hiSIM Credits consumption. Payment must be made within the deadlines specified on the invoice.
5. Delivery
End Users
eSIM displayed in "My eSIMs" tab on hiSIM website and app. Confirmation email sent after purchase.
Business Users
eSIM displayed within Partner Platform, facilitating management and deployment tailored to business requirements.
6. Liability and Limitations
hiSIM Commitments
hiSIM shall use reasonable endeavors to provide quality service. However, hiSIM does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, provided on time, and be safe or fault-free.
Customer Commitments
When using hiSIM equipment or services, customers must not engage in actions that are:
- Abusive, illegal, or fraudulent
- Causing network impairment or damage
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal data Customer submits to hiSIM or which hiSIM collects about Customer is governed by hiSIM's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service and together form the complete agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
IMPORTANT NOTE
This Agreement governs how disputes between Customer and hiSIM can be resolved. It contains a binding and final arbitration provision and class action waiver. Please read carefully as it affects your legal rights.
